"Perkins
was contracted by ICM to ship three distillers grain dryers
for an ethanol production plant in Goldfield, Iowa from the
manufacturer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The dryers were 13 ft.
by 11 ft. wide, 70 ft. long, weighing 270,000 pounds.
Perkins representatives visited the site to determine unloading
logistics prior to the first delivery. They assisted in the
loading and unloading of the dryers. But most importantly Perkins
acquired the required Department of Transportation permitting.
Delivery of the dryers were as scheduled with no delays.
I was impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by Perkins
